3rd Annual Meeting of the Mobilising Agendas, featuring Embalagem do Futuro®
Embalagem do Futuro® was one of the Mobilising and Green Agendas for Business Innovation invited to attend the 3rd Meeting of Mobilising Agendas for Business Innovation, organised by IAPMEI as part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The meeting took place on 25 June 2026 at Europarque in Santa Maria da Feira, bringing together the various stakeholders involved in the Mobilising Agendas to present and discuss the results already achieved by the Agendas and the impact of these projects on the structural transformation of the Portuguese economy.
As in the previous edition, Embalagem do Futuro® formed part of the exhibition area dedicated to showcasing results, presenting the main outputs developed by the consortium, ranging from new sustainable packaging solutions to innovative industrial processes and circularity initiatives applied to the sector.
The session was attended, amongst others, by the Minister for the Economy and Territorial Cohesion, Manuel Castro Almeida; the Secretary of State for the Economy, João Rui Ferreira; the Mayor of Santa Maria da Feira; and various representatives from the lead and partner organisations of the Mobilising Agendas, underscoring the importance of collaboration between industry, the scientific community and the State in achieving the objectives of the PRR.
With its physical and financial implementation already well advanced, Embalagem do Futuro® continues to deliver tangible results in creating value for the packaging sector, contributing to a more sustainable, innovative and forward-looking economy, in line with the priorities set out for the Mobilising Agendas.
